Where do I find sample prices?
	Basic sample prices are shown in each Product Description text box. Additional charges such as disposal fees are shown in the Option section where those fees are incurred.
Why is there no summary of prices and shipping charges at checkout?
	The process by which Sherwin Williams prefers to be charged for samples ordered prevents SCOONS Contract Services from directly invoicing the person placing the order. Thus it is essential all orders have a Cost Center or Store number. All SHIPPING is done via an account number provided by Sherwin Williams or via the FedEx account number provided by the person placing the order for overnight shipments.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	Sales tax is not collected as the samples are used for marketing promotion and not sold.
I have a question on my charges.
	If you have questions or concerns about charges for a specific order, please contact SCOONS Contract Services, LLC for further assistance. Otherwise, contact Sherwin Williams Cost Accounting.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
